I know I've said it before! _{W-well, maybe not, since it's none of anyone else's business} but the man I'm looking for is a convicted murderer! They sentenced him for killing 23 people _{But he didn't really... he was innocent, he was just a scapegoat!} He was on his way to be executed when I met him! _{Or actually, I had a theory he might have been tied up with Umbrella... he probably narrowly escaped being an experiment... ugh!}
