A strange question, perhaps, but might anyone know of any nicer restaurants in this city they could recommend? I have had a few ideas of my own, but they do not quite have the atmosphere I am looking for.

Think about it. Any half-way decent place around here that has the atmosphere you want still has the dress code law enforced. Not a very welcoming environment.

Is not the atmosphere enough? There would be a gift of flowers as well, of course, and it would not be the treat I am usually able to provide, but as long as the atmosphere is nice, it all should go nicely.
